IRFAR Presents Survey Results At USAID Evidence Summit

At the first-ever USAID Evidence Summit on Strategic Religious Engagement (October 5-8, 2020), IRFAR presented findings from a recent survey of Iraqi perceptions of religious freedom and its relationship to durable peace.

In collaboration with RFI’s Middle East Action Team, Salah Ali, General Coordinator of IRFAR presented the findings of a IRFAR survey that gives a snapshot from Iraq on perceptions of religious freedom and how that might inform relevant programmatic approaches in the country: 37% of the respondents expressed a positive view toward religious freedom while 63% viewed it unfavorably.
